This past weekend two Victrola baristas, Shawn and Mark, competed in the Seattle Rosettas for Relief Latte Art Competition. They both gave a great showing and in the end Andrew Milstead from Urban Coffee Lounge won. This event coincided with others like it around the country each working to raise money for Rebati, a new organiztion working to help build long term mental health care in Haiti. Each competing barista raised at least $100 to enter the competition, the Seattle competition alone raised about $2000.
