Those adventurous baristi of Victrola are up to their tricks again. Led by J-Town and SJ, who went around gathering espresso beans from roasters far and wide, two groups convened for blind taste testing. Putting our 2-group training-dedicated Synesso to good use, these guys sipped and slurped espresso til they couldn't take no more! Check out their thoughts:
