The whole family got involved with cupping the Nicaraguan Cup of Excellence coffees on Monday and Tuesday (the auction was yesterday, but we decided not to participate). Here, Addison says, "the cinnamon I detected in the dry fragrance really comes out as animal cookies in the wet aroma. Goo!"
