Perry's "official" Victrola roasting notes describe the new Brasil Cerrado, Fazenda Esperanca, Catuai Varietal as "rich, sweet, and nutty" with "mild acidity" and "rich and engaging mouthfeel" topped off with a "chocolatey finish".
