So I ask you: Is naming an excellent coffee after the oldest known human skeleton auspicious? We think so. Why not associate one great find with another.
This Sidama is exceptional- it is sweet and tart, with pomegranate and strawberry. It won first place in the Ethiopian Taste of Harvest.
We tried it in a Vacuum Pot today and it was amazing (seriously, amazing).
