For the past week or so we have been pulling some amazing single origin Ethiopia Sidamo Guji espresso shots up on 15th- and everyone has been raving. Not only does the Sidamo Guji have silky-smooth body, it also has an interesting complex, yet focused, acidity coupled with tones of juicy black current and maple syrup.
