Welcome home to our Space Blend! We are excited to share this blend with you, coming to us from Seattle Coffee Works. Space Blend was their core house blend, and it matches everything we look for in a light roast blend so we brought it into our Victrola menu. Balancing Guatemalan and Ethiopian coffees to create a delicious, well balanced, sustainable blend that pays homage to where we have been and where we are going. Space is our love letter to specialty coffee, and whether you pull it as espresso or brew a pour over you will be able to taste that intention in the cup.
