Pour over is our preferred brew method for our rotating single origin menu at all three Victrola Cafes. It allows you to precisely control each variable, water to coffee ratio, water temp, water/coffee contact time, "blooming", grind size etc.
Pour Over Starter Recipe. (you may adjust to taste)
20g ground coffee Medium grind (texture of sand, doesn't compress)
300g Water 198-203 degress (~40g for initial bloom)
