Chemex provides the cleanest flavorful cup of coffee with zero sediment at all. It brews through s super thick, oxygen cleansed filter into a beautiful hourglass shaped decanter that is actually featured in the Smithsonian.

Chemex Starter Recipe. (you may adjust to taste)
  • 50g ground coffee Medium-coarse grind (texture of coarse sand, doesn't compress)
  • 700g Water 198-203 degress (~60g for initial bloom)
  • Digital Scale
  • Chemex glass brewer
  • Chemex Filter
  • Gooseneck style pouring kettle (allows for precise water flow)
  • Timer or Timer App
