This year, just in time for the holidays, Victrola is releasing two extra special coffees from Guatemala side by side. Over the past number of years, many exceptional farmers in Guatemala have been working to develop unbelievably tasty, high quality coffees with characteristics distinctive of the country's many micro-climates for their annual Cup of Excellence coffee auction. We have managed to get a hold of two very different exemplary submissions- for your drinking and sharing pleasure. The Guatemala Fraijanes Finca De Dios Direct Trade Micro Lot is rich and savory with sweet tangerine-like acidity. To top it all off it has a crowd-pleasing dark chocolate finish. Compare the robust Finca De Dios with the more delicate Guatemala Santa Rosa Finca Los Cimientos Direct Trade Micro Lot. The Los Cimientos has a light floral, sweet melon fragrance. It is light bodied, dry like a great white wine with a slight nutty finish.
