The
SUMATRA LAKE TAWAR, LINTONG DISTRICT, TRIPLE PICKED is
the coffee that all the baristas are raving about. This Lake Tawar is surprising, and really good. Because it is triple-picked, or repeatedly sorted for defective beans, it has more nuance than your typical Indonesian coffee. Coupled with a nice heavy body and a delightful tangerine-like acidity are notes of bittersweet cocoa and cedar. I can't think of a better "comfort" coffee to cuddle up with on a chilly and dark January day.
