If you remember Kyle, Victrola's tough-but-fair barista trainer circa 2005, you'll remember a quick-witted young man who used the bar as his stage and poured a perfect rosetta every time. Our boy won the United States Barista Championship this year in Minneapolis, MN and is going to the world comps in Copenhagen in June.
