... or in this case, prepare your typing fingers!  It's online coffee auction season, and the Best of Panama runs from 6:30 - 11:30am tomorrow morning.  You may remember last year when the Hacienda La Esmeralda lot went for $130/lb, and caused quite a stir in the international coffee community.  That won't be an issue with this year, as Esmeralda is hosting its own auction on Thursday, but we're gearing up for an exciting morning. We are participating, and you can watch the auction live online; or come into our cafe and roastery on Pike, where we'll be projecting the live auction on the big screen!
