Last night we filled the roasting room with projection equipment and people holding bowls of sopa verde (I will be posting that recipe, as promised!). It was our first ever event where we had the privilege of sharing our trip to origin with... you!
In addition to the delicious soup, plantains, and coffee from the Finca Vista Hermosa, we also watched slideshows as presented by the lucky Vickies that went to Guatemala in March. We were also extremely happy to have Edwin Martinez in residence for the evening, who lent us his expertise and smiling visage before he hopped on a plane back the the Finca Vista Hermosa. What a guy!
