Nicaragua Luis Alberto Hybrid

Victrola Coffee has a long relationship with Luis Alberto, but many roasting companies across the globe can say the same thing. Luis Alberto has been a stalwart member of the specialty coffee community and a passionate leader for coffee in Nicaragua for the majority of his life. Luis Alberto has grown his operation to many farms and each farm produces a different quality of coffee due to the distinct environments he searches for. This coffee comes from his farm La Bendicion and is one of Luis' best farms. It sits on the windward side of the valley and overlooks the entire operation of Las Segovias. Luis has an excellent eye for location and La Bendicion is an example of what is possible withe knowledge and experience Luis Alberto has; and as we know from our journeys “Great Coffee Doesn’t Happen By Accident”. Luis Alberto takes the beautiful coffee grown at LB and perfects it with his 30+ years of experience processing coffee at Beneficio Las Segovias. We have been working with Luis Alberto for over 20 years and look forward to many more years working with Luis and his family.
