We strive to know as much as we possibly can about each coffee that we put on our menu. Whenever possible, we visit the farm, meet the producer, and research the price paid to the farmer and the growing conditions. We have developed the Farm to Cup designation in order to share that information with you. When you see this label on our coffees you can be assured that the coffee you are buying is completely traceable, that we paid a fair price, and that we are assured that good farming practices were used.
