The distinctive flavor of this gingery genoise cake comes from dark stout beer, molasses, and a kick of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom. Of course, it's topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting.

A wonderfully light, moist cake bursting with lemon & lime.
Victrola Sidamo Cake
Made especially for us, this is a chocolate lovers dream come true. Super rich chocolate cake made with our Ethiopia Natural Sidamo which lends just a hint of coffee and berries. Sue makes the ganache in this cake with our coffee.
